Lunar New Year product launch: This launch was created with full product range in mind, from small tropicals to larger decorative pots. Decoration (red signage and hanging tags) was included by the vendor, and adapted across multiple store layouts. Floor plan was created by me and sent out to store reps to implement.

Valentine's Day & Spring launch: A new project with Home Depot, featuring live goods in prime high traffic space. Planogram was given by vendor, and the floor plan I created (above) was used as a blueprint.
